Texas Open Bonspiel!

The 2008 Texas Open Bonspiel is a tournament that attracts the best curlers from all over the Northern Hemisphere! It will be held April 11-13, 2008 at the home of the DFW Curling Club, the Dr. Pepper StarCenter at Highway 67 and South Main Street, Duncanville TX. Click on the icon for more information!

To 2008 Cardy Cup Winners Team Bahr! Andy Bahr, Jonathan Havercroft, Val McHugh and Shana Healer. And also to Team Johnson for their victory throughout the league season. They were the recepients of the new President's Cup!

*Good Curling* to Team Myers for their victory in the 2nd Annual Texas Open Bonspiel - Nick Myers, Tim Doherty, Connie Kupferschmidt (possibly the correct spelling) and Judy Osbaldeston - Willingham - Friend did the deed and successfully won 5 games on this very curious ice! Photos are hopefully forthcoming (but I don't handle that part of the website, so who knows???)"

The D/FW Curling Club is a 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to furthering the amateur sport of curling. We do this by increasing awareness of the sport, attracting athletes interested in local, national and international competition and by training those athletes for competition.
